Ocean Post वेब पोर्टल समाचार प्रसारण का ऐसा माध्यम है जिसमें समाज के अंतिम पायदान पर बैठे व्यक्ति की समस्याओं को सरकार तक पहुंचाता है. हमारा उद्देश्य ऐसी खबरों का संकलन करना है, जिनके नीतिगत निर्णय समाज, संगठन अथवा व्यक्ति विशेष को प्रभावित करते हैं तथा देश, प्रांत और जिला -तहसील के अर्थशास्त्र प्रभावित होता हो. सामाजिक समरसता, तीर्थ और त्योहार, संस्कृति और परंपराओं को लेकर हमारी स्पष्ट नीति है जिसमें सम्पूर्ण सौहार्द की भावना का समावेश है. हम विभिन्न स्तर की औद्योगिक इकाई, स्वयं सेवी संस्थाएं, लोक उपक्रम, सरकारी अर्धसरकारी उपक्रमों से प्राप्त विज्ञापन का भी प्रकाशन करते हैं लेकिन पत्रकारिता के मापदंडों से समझौता करने के पक्षधर नहीं हैं. ओसियन पोस्ट के पास पत्रकारों की एक सशक्त टीम है, जो समाचारों का संपादन कुशलता के साथ करती है. त्रुटि मानव स्वभाव का हिस्सा है, फिर भी हमारा प्रयास रहता है कि समाचार संपादन के दौरान प्राप्त समाचारों की पुष्टि विभिन्न स्तर पर होनी चाहिए. शालीन एवं आसान भाषा में समाचारों की एक ऐसी श्रृंखला हम प्रस्तुत करने का प्रयास करते है. अनुभवी पत्रकारों की भूमिका इसमें सबसे अहम है. अगर इस मामले कोई कमी, चूक अथवा त्रृटि नजर आये तो उसे तत्काल सूचित करें.
